The Industry Operations Team at TikTok formulates industry strategy and identifies growth opportunities to deliver vertical-specific solutions and methodologies. We nurture accounts through high-touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting clients in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross-functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team, providing holistic solutions that integrate product knowledge, vertical expertise, and market-level insights. This position is for an existing vacancy Responsibilities Strategic Analysis & Market Intelligence - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and vertical-specific insights - Support the development of GTM strategies, regional playbooks, and go-to-market frameworks for priority verticals and product initiatives - Analyze client portfolio composition, revenue mix, and account health metrics to inform strategic prioritization and resource allocation - Build business cases and ROI models to evaluate new programs, product launches, or market expansion opportunities - Monitor competitor activity and platform developments to provide forward-looking recommendations to leadership

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years in client services, account management, or campaign management in digital performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in ads platforms. - Solid understanding of digital media KPIs and how to optimize against them across awareness, consideration, and performance objectives. - Proven experience managing complex campaign portfolios across branding and performance advertisers, including multi-market coordination. - Proficiency in campaign analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Thinkcell, dashboards), with ability to extract actionable insights from platform data. - Detail oriented, analytical and a creative problem solver - English must be used as a working language, with strong communication skills and good teamwork abilities, capable of influencing and motivating others - Self-driven, resilient, curious about new things, and able to make judgments on complex matters Preferred Qualifications - Strong quantitative and analytical background, with coursework or experience in statistics, economics, business analytics, data science, or related fields - Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) - Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools is a strong plus - Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, conduct hypothesis-driven analysis, and derive actionable recommendations from data - Experience with strategy consulting, investment banking, business analytics, or tech company internships - Strong business acumen with the ability to connect quantitative insights to commercial outcomes - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives - Familiarity with digital advertising metrics (CPM, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly - Experience building dashboards, reports, or BI solutions in professional or academic settings - Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing based on impact and urgency Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is CAD $122,400 - 193,800 Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, restricted stock units and benefits. Employees have day one access to extended health, dental, a group registered retirement savings plan (RRSP) with company match issued through a deferred profit sharing plan (DPSP), paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
