USGI is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to support the implementation and oversight of industrial security programs, ensuring compliance with federal laws and regulations (e.g., NISP, EO 12829).
Responsibilities- Implement and review industrial security policies and procedures.
- Determine facility and personnel clearance requirements, including FOCI and NID assessments.
- Develop and maintain DD Form 254 and related documentation.
- Use government databases (e.g., NCAISS, NISS, JPAS, CVS, ISMS).
Qualifications- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in security-related discipline and at least 5 years of qualifying experience, or 10 years of documented experience
- Technical writing and document review skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, DOD365)
- Strong analytical and customer service skills
- Possess DoD Secret clearance eligibility
