This role plays a vital part in securing Canada's energy and power systems as they evolve through digital transformation. You will work at the intersection of operational technology, cybersecurity, and power systems-helping clients modernize safely while protecting assets that matter to communities nationwide.

Your Impact
  • Deliver cybersecurity expertise across industrial OT and ICS environments, with a focus on the energy and power sector
  • Shape cybersecurity strategies for major infrastructure projects and multi-year digital transformation programs
  • Lead threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments for complex OT environments
  • Define cybersecurity requirements and support secure procurement and supply-chain decisions
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and construction teams to embed security throughout project lifecycles
  • Review technical submissions and validate cybersecurity controls and testing strategies
  • Translate technical risk and solutions into clear business insights for senior stakeholders
  • Support client relationships and contribute to proposal development and business growth initiatives

The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial OT or ICS cybersecurity, ideally within the energy or power sector
  • Degree in engineering, computer science, networking, telecommunications, or equivalent experience
  • Practical knowledge of IEC 62443, NERC CIP, NIST, and ISO 2700x frameworks
  • Hands-on understanding of OT and IT protocols such as IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus, OPC UA, and TCP/IP
  • Experience with vulnerability management, security architecture, and cyber risk governance
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility, or equivalent international accreditation, is an asset
  • Relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, GIAC, or CompTIA Security+ are valued

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $135,200 - $179,100
MB & ON: $123,300 - $169,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $122,100 - $162,200
