Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee a team of Industrial Maintenance Technicians ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies and improve customer satisfaction
  • Assign and schedule technicians to meet customer demands and service level agreements
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide technical guidance and support to technicians
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Will work a Monday-Thursday 1st shift schedule 6:00am-4:30pm.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or Supervisor in a manufacturing/industrial setting
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant technologies
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
  • Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices
  • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, familiar with conveyance systems, electrical, PLC's
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Willing to work Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm
