Maintenance Power Engineer

Your Mission

Reporting to Maintenance Manager you will be responsible to ensure company assets, including boilers, production equipment, and facilities, are well maintained and operating in a safe mechanical manner. This role supports the reduction of production downtime through effective troubleshooting, implementation of preventive maintenance programs, and reliable operation of plant systems.

What you will do

  • Support development and maintenance of preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment
  • Coordinate external contractors for repairs when required
  • Enter maintenance data into PMXPERT (work orders, traceability)
  • Operate and repair processing, filling, packaging, and water treatment equipment
  • Collaboration & Plant Support
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records
  • Promote and enforce Safe wok practices
  • Assist in Heath and safety program implementation
  • Monitor and prevent unsafe practices
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Recommend process improvements and efficiency gains
  • Identify and implement cost-saving ideas

What we expect from you
  • Prior Experience in maintenance and or technician role
  • Minimum class 5 power engineering
