Industrial Machinery Mechanic / Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair printing presses, manufacturing equipment, and facility systems while minimizing downtime and supporting safe production operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair printing presses and manufacturing equipment
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance (PM) programs
- Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs (120V-480V systems)
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Maintain maintenance records and update QT9 entries
- Operate and maintain facility generators as needed
- Assist with 6S workplace organization initiatives
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation
- Coordinate repairs with outside vendors and contractors
- Support facility and building maintenance as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, Lockout/Tagout procedures, ISO requirements, and company policies
- Provide daily updates on equipment status, repairs, and maintenance priorities
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5-10 years of industrial maintenance or mechanical experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documents
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Lockout/Tagout experience preferred
- Generator operation experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work overtime and Saturdays when needed
