Full Job Description
The Fort Worth factory is currently undergoing a significant production ramp-up to meet growing demand and support new business opportunities. As part of this expansion, the team is seeking an experienced industrial logistics engineer to help optimize material flow, enhance warehouse operations, and integrate new customer requirements into the logistics network. This role is critical to ensuring scalable, efficient, and responsive logistics processes that align with the factory's growth trajectory.

Your will make an impact by:
  • Improve Lineside material delivery systems
  • Develop Supermarket inventory and replenishment strategies
  • Support Vertical Lift Module (VLM) operations and integration
  • Implement improved warehouse layouts and material handling strategies lead to more efficient use of space, equipment, and energy
  • Integrate new customers and product designs into current logistics processes
  • Develop logistical systems & processes to adapt for fluctuating demand and disruptions in supply chain
  • Adopt new technology to eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency across all logistical enterprises

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Logistics
  • Strong understanding of intralogistics processes, warehouse management systems (WMS), and material handling equipment.
  • Experience with automation technologies (PLCs, sensors, robotics, AGVs/AMRs).
  • In-depth understanding of inventory control principles, methodologies (e.g., FIFO, LIFO, ABC analysis), and best practices.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
  • SAP

The pay range for this position is $74,970 - $128,520 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
