The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full- Industrial Engineering Technician (LRDP), (NJ- 0895-04) to work for Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the WR-ALC, at Robins Air Force Base located in Warner Robins, Georgia. Who May Apply: Current Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC) Employees

The primary purpose of this position is to provide group-level oversight for aircraft due date schedule and performance and customer exchangeable requirements tracking. Monitors delivery performance for all temporary workloads, including partnerships, to ensure compliance with customer requirements and/or contractual obligations. Researches and generates a multitude of production performance data as needed by group leadership to ensure effective and efficient production operations. Prepares various reports, briefings and other data products and analysis as required by Squadrons, Groups, Complex, Higher Headquarters and Customers to accurately reflect overall Group performance. Serves as Tactical and Strategic Industrial Engineering Technician (IET) in support of the Logistics Requirements Development Process (LRDP) team. Communicates and integrates the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, and work products and services. Develops/revises standards including labor, material, equipment, and facilities for operations cards, labor, and material standards necessary for documentation of work requirements on programmed aircraft workload and subsequent analysis for refinement. Determines the impact of proposed workload changes by planning acceleration or deceleration of production schedules. Attends provisioning conferences for material and equipment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):

1. Knowledge of principles and practices of team building.

2. Extensive knowledge of standard accepted industrial engineering practices to combine work measurement studies from a wide variety of sources into a comprehensive study, mechanics and construction maintenance and repair facility work processes and methods, and mathematics and statistical analysis techniques.

3. Knowledge of safety and occupational health requirements as outlined in applicable standards, regulations, and/or technical orders.

4. Knowledge of the operations, services, needs, and goals of management and their program(s); the organizations studied or served, and related customers, functions, resources, and users.

5. Knowledge of current automation technology and practices sufficient to evaluate the effectiveness of its use

and provide assistance to others.

6. Ability to plan, organize work, meet deadlines, and adjust work operations and program objectives to meet

emergencies or changing programs within available resources and with minimum sacrifice and quality or quantity of work: ability to establish performance goals and assess progress toward their achievement and ability to

communicated effectively, both orally and in writing.

7. Skill and ability to read engineering and architectural plans, and specifications; gather, analyze, and present data and supporting analyses such as manpower validation exercise and contracting out studies, and research, analyze, interpret and apply rules, regulations, and procedures.

8. Ability to independently plan, coordinate and organize work to identify problems and develops innovative

solutions: communicate effectively, both orally in writing, and establish and maintain good working

relationships.

ADDITIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. All personnel will share in the responsibility for a sound safety program and are required to comply with all applicable safety directives. Unsafe conditions are to be promptly reported to the immediate supervisor.

2. Overtime may be required to accomplish assigned duties.

3. Position may require Temporary Duty (TDY) travel by government or commercial means In Accordance With (IAW)

Joint Travel Regulations.

4. May be required to report to work during base exercises, contingencies, or emergency situations. May be required to work irregular shifts in support of a surge workload exercise, contingency, or emergency.

5. May be required to workday, swing, or grave shift(s).

6. May perform other related duties as assigned. The work requires the incumbent to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance.
