Industrial Engineer to drive process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency across a growing national organization.
In this role, you will partner with teams across Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Construction, Technology, and Franchise Support to identify inefficiencies, improve business processes, and implement scalable solutions. You will play a key role in leveraging
Monday.com as an enterprise workflow and project management platform, helping teams automate processes, improve visibility, and increase accountability.
This position is ideal for an early-career engineer who enjoys solving business challenges, analyzing data, building systems, and creating measurable operational improvements.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Improvement and Operational Excellence
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery
- Map current and future-state workflows and recommend process enhancements
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop sustainable solutions
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across departments
Monday.com Administration and Workflow Design
- Build and optimize boards, dashboards, automations, forms, and reporting tools within Monday.com
- Design scalable workflows that improve collaboration and accountability
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and eliminate inefficiencies
- Train and support teams on Monday.com best practices and platform adoption
Data Analytics and Reporting
- Analyze operational data and identify performance trends
- Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting
- Measure the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams
Project Management Support
- Support cross-functional projects from planning through implementation
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Monitor project progress and identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in process improvement, industrial engineering, continuous improvement, operations excellence, project management, or related disciplines
- Experience with Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or similar workflow management platforms
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities
- Experience creating process maps, workflows, and operational documentation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Experience with workflow automation and business process optimization
- Experience supporting multi-unit, franchise, or multi-location organizations
- Knowledge of project management and change management methodologies
