What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with a diverse team on initiatives that drive Disney's Parks & Resorts business to the next level. We use creativity and in-depth analytics to develop strategies and implement solutions that can directly impact the happiness of our Guests.


  • Strategize with multiple departments to find the next productivity boost.


  • Develop analytics to identify areas for improvement and change.


  • Lead a brainstorming session about simulation, forecasting, and optimization.


  • Formulate plans with other engineers for future operational development.


  • Present to business leadership to help influence change.


  • Develop relationships within Disney through cross-team collaborations.


  • Gain leadership development and rotate between client groups.


  • Attend seminars on professional and personal development.


  • Research and benchmark topics relevant to your project scope.


  • Lead or support others with a field study.


  • Coach interns so they can own their projects and contribute in a meaningful way.


  • Spend time in the Parks to observe operations and gain process insights.


  • Grab lunch with the team or hop on an attraction at a Disney park!


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of applied experience


  • Sharp project management skills with an emphasis on communication and building strategic relationships.


  • A knack for consulting and making quality/process improvements.


  • Experience defining scope-of-work, understanding the full impact of findings on the business, and proactively developing recommendations.

The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, CA is $104,800.00-$128,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
