Full Job Description
Industrial Electrician - New Sand Processing Plant

$51-$61/Hour + Company-Paid Benefits + Monthly Bonus Opportunities

Location: [Bolivar, Ohio]
Schedule: Monday-Friday + On-Call Rotation
Employment Type: Full-Time

We're building a brand-new sand processing plant and are looking for experienced Industrial Electricians to join our team.

This is an opportunity to be part of the plant from the beginning-helping install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain the electrical systems that will keep a modern processing operation running safely and efficiently.

Industrial plant electrical experience is required. This is a hands-on industrial position, not a residential or commercial electrician role.

If you've worked in aggregate, mining, sand, cement, asphalt, concrete, manufacturing, or another heavy industrial processing environment, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Help build and commission a new sand processing facility from the ground up
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems
  • Perform electrical installation and startup work during plant construction and commissioning
  • Troubleshoot motors, controls, electrical distribution, and process equipment
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment documentation
  • Use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve problems
  • Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance
  • Support equipment startups, commissioning, and ongoing plant operations
  • Respond to electrical issues and help minimize equipment downtime
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Follow all applicable electrical, safety, and plant procedures

The Electrical Systems You'll Work With

Depending on your area of responsibility, you may work with:
  • Industrial electrical distribution systems
  • Motor control centers (MCCs)
  • Motors, starters, and VFDs
  • Conveyors and other material-handling equipment
  • Pumps and process equipment
  • Control panels and instrumentation
  • PLC-controlled equipment
  • Conduit, cable tray, and industrial wiring
  • Plant electrical maintenance and troubleshooting systems

Schedule & Work/Life Balance
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • On-call rotation ng indoors and outdoors.

We believe in providing a predictable schedule while maintaining the electrical support needed to keep the plant operating safely and reliably.

  • Monthly production bonus eligibility
  • PPE reimbursement, including approved safety boots and protective equipment
  • Career growth opportunities with a rapidly expanding company
  • [ADD RELOCATION ASSISTANCE, SIGN-ON BONUS, TOOL ALLOWANCE, OR PER DIEM IF AVAILABLE]

What We're Looking For

Required
  • Hands-on industrial electrical experience in a processing or heavy industrial facility
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Experience working safely around industrial equipment and electrical systems
  • Knowledge of NEC requirements and electrical safety practices
  • Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
  • Safety-first mindset and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly Valuable Experience

Experience in any of the following environments is a strong plus:
  • Aggregate
  • Sand processing
  • Mining
  • Cement
  • Asphalt
  • Concrete
  • Manufacturing
  • Bulk material handling
  • Other heavy industrial processing facilities

Experience with MCCs, VFDs, PLCs, motors, conveyors, instrumentation, and industrial controls is highly desirable.

This isn't an opportunity to simply maintain an existing facility.

You'll help build a new operation from the ground up.

You'll have the opportunity to work on new equipment, participate in commissioning and startup, solve challenging industrial electrical problems, and help establish the electrical maintenance practices that will support the plant for years to come.

You'll also be joining a growing company where experienced tradespeople can build a long-term career.
