Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of electrical technicians and subcontractors on industrial construction projects.
- Plan and coordinate all electrical activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, providing technical expertise and guidance to the team.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders.
Per hour- $38.00 to $41.00 Overtime opportunities available (per year based on experience)

Requirements- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in an industrial construction setting.
- Thorough understanding of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety protocols.
- Expertise in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment, including meters, testing devices, and power tools.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, with a commitment to ensuring compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- Waste Water treatment facility experience preferred.
