SE Sales Executives are responsible for managing the entire sales process from identifying prospects to negotiating contracts. - Drive business growth and meet annual orders for Schneider Electric Process Automation
- Grow Process Automation portfolio with new Customers
- Strong emphasis on net new business sales
- Build and establish trusted advisor relationships at all levels within our customers organizations
- Actively prospect and help drive lead generation programs
- Build accounts that become Schneider Electric Customer success reference
- Review public information (earning statements, press releases, investor presentation) for the accounts assigned and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting our prospects and Customers
- Lead the development and execution of designated account plans and optimize sales cycles using value-based solution selling methodologies with focus on case definition, return on investment and business outcomes
- Communicate customer drivers, needs, sales strategy and account plans to internal teams

- Capability to understand Schneider Electric offerings and articulate those offerings to the industry and prospects

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 115,200 - USD 172,800 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
