The opportunity

EY's Tax EDGE practice is made up of a team of professionals providing specialized tax technical services to US and global clients. Your key responsibilities

You'll spend your time on a diverse array of projects, responsibilities and tasks, supporting clients by participating in day-to-day interactions with team members and providing a quality work product. You'll acquire knowledge through formal learning and experience in a range of competencies, contributing to client projects by performing technical research and calculations, drafting documentation and project deliverables. Assist with process improvement projects and develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and assess client satisfaction. Assist in transitioning & testing new clients. You'll be working in a highly collaborative culture, where listening to and sharing information with colleagues is an essential part of the role.

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline
  • Two or more years of relevant experience
  • Capacity to work independently and effectively on a variety of tasks at the same time
  • Commitment to following through effectively on all requests
  • Strong analytical skills as well as excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated relationship skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $55,300 to $91,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $66,500 to $103,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
  • Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
