Full Job Description
We are looking for an Indirect Buyer, responsible for leading and executing end-to-end procurement activities for indirect categories across a large manufacturing operation with more than 900 employees.

This role focuses on strategic and operational purchasing for categories such as MRO, facilities, logistics, utilities, professional services, IT, and other indirect spend areas.

The position requires strong experience managing high-volume transactions, supplier relationships, cost reduction initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and ERP processes.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate solid experience specifically within indirect procurement environments in manufacturing companies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.

5+ years of indirect procurement experience within manufacturing environments.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills required.

Experience supporting large manufacturing operations (900+ employees).

Strong indirect purchasing background in MRO, facilities, logistics, services, and operational supplies.

Experience managing high-volume procurement transactions in fast-paced environments.

Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with supplier performance, cost savings, and PPV initiatives preferred.
