Role PurposeResponsible for directing staff and programs for Independence Center.
Responsibilities- Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
- Directs operations of department and integrates services with other departments.
- Implements and evaluates programs designed to meet hospital and department goals.
- Sets the department priorities in alignment with organizations strategic priorities.
