Independence Center- Executive Director

Role Purpose

Responsible for directing staff and programs for Independence Center.

Responsibilities
  • Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
  • Directs operations of department and integrates services with other departments.
  • Implements and evaluates programs designed to meet hospital and department goals.
  • Sets the department priorities in alignment with organizations strategic priorities.

Minimum Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree

Experience
  • 10+ years

Supervisor Experience
  • 10+ years

Preferred Requirements

Education
  • Master's Degree
