About the Role
We are seeking an experienced in-house Paralegal to join our legal team on a remote-first basis. This role supports a broad range of corporate, transactional, and litigation-related matters, reporting to our U.S. based General Counsel and business stakeholders across the company, including colleagues and offices located internationally. Our company is headquartered in London, and this role is intended to help extend the legal team's coverage across the company's varying work hours and locations. The ideal candidate combines strong foundational training from a reputable law firm with the practical, fast-paced judgment developed in an in-house environment, and is comfortable collaborating across borders, time zones, and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation & Regulatory Support
• Manage intake and response to subpoenas, garnishments, and other third-party legal process
• Support basic discovery tasks, including document collection, review, and production coordination
• Assist with litigation holds and records management
• Help evaluate and assist the company's compliance team with responding to DMCA takedown notices, and assist with
trademark and service mark matters, including clearance searches, application support, and basic enforcement issues
(experience preferred but not required)

Corporate & Transactional Support
• Assist with entity maintenance activities, including maintenance of corporate minute books, entity records and state
registrations and reporting for the group's U.S. companies
• Prepare and maintain corporate resolutions, consents, and related governance documents
• Review, redline, and negotiate basic commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor and supplier terms, and other
routine contracts
• Track contract lifecycle milestones, renewals, and obligations
• Assist with due diligence for transactions as needed

General Legal Operations
• Serve as a point of contact for internal business teams on routine legal policy questions and document requests
• Maintain organized legal files, templates, and playbooks
• Support special projects and process improvements within the legal department

Key Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of paralegal experience
• Foundational training at a reputable national or regional law firm (AmLaw 100 experience not required)
• Prior in-house experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience with general corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation/registrations,
resolutions, and review/negotiation of basic commercial agreements (e.g., NDAs, vendor agreements)
• Experience handling subpoenas, garnishments, and basic discovery matters
• Familiarity with DMCA issues and trademark/service mark matters a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters independently
• High degree of discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential information
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment while collaborating across time zones

The pay range for this role is $75,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
