Day-to-Day as an Estate Planning Associate:- Work with a high-performing & growth-orientated team

- Learn and utilize estate plan modeling software for client estate reviews
- Assist with third-party estate document preparation
- Review estate documents for key terms, roles, and potential issues
- Perform legal research
- Coordinate with third-party trust company partners
- Coordinate and communicate with other team members to perform job functions
- Other various assigned projects associated with estate, philanthropy, and wealth services.
What You Bring as an Estate Planning Associate:- 2-5 years of proven experience in a paralegal or estate-focused role, ideally within wealth management
- Paralegal certification, JD, or AEP/CEP designations preferred
- Knowledge of estate and tax laws and concepts
- Familiarity with estate plan drafting, probate, trust administration, and estate settlement
- Familiarity with Form 706, 709, and 1041
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently and remain flexible as priorities change
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with SalesForce and MoneyGuidePro/eMoney preferred
- Outstanding ability to communicate and work collaboratively
Job Type: Full-time, salaried non-exempt
Location: This position is based out of our office in Houston, Scottsdale, or Santa Barbara.
This is an in-office position. Salary: $90,000, plus $20,000 annual bonus paid in quarterly increments
