Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate licensing agreements for game development and digital media.
• Collaborate with the licensing team to structure deals that expand brand presence.
• Advise on marketing campaigns involving Atari's trademarks and copyrights.
• Support governance, compliance, and corporate legal matters.
• Provide practical legal advice to internal teams globally.
• Maintain and update standard contract templates and best practice guidelines.
