Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to excel at one-call closes
• Willing and able to work evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
• Ability to lift/move items up to 25 lbs
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit to exceed sales targets

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized in-home consultations to offer tailored bath remodeling solutions
• Engage customers with product demonstrations and a proven sales approach
• Complete necessary paperwork and assist customers with financing
• Collaborate closely with sales operations and installation teams for customer satisfaction
• Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training both virtually and in-person
