Are you a proven in-home sales professional who can lead from the front while helping others elevate their performance?
This is not a sit-behind-the-desk management role.
You'll be in the field alongside your team-closing deals, coaching sales representatives in real time, and driving results every day.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a team of In-Home Sales Representatives
- Review and manage appointments generated by the Inside Sales team
- Run approximately 5 in-home appointments per week for training, coaching, and revenue generation
- Support sales representatives in-home to increase close rates
- Handle cancel/save opportunities to recover revenue
- Partner with the rehash team to maximize conversion opportunities
- Monitor individual and team sales performance metrics
- Conduct hands-on training and field coaching
- Set expectations, maintain accountability, and drive results
What We're Looking For- Proven success in one-call-close sales environments
- Minimum 2 years of home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, or comparable in-home sales experience
- Prior sales leadership, team lead, or management experience preferred
- Strong coaching, leadership, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Competitive, high-energy, results-driven mindset
- Comfortable using CRM systems, iPads, and digital contracts
Compensation & Earning Potential- Base Salary: $52,000
- Commission on personal sales
- Override on team sales performance
- Uncapped earning potential
- On-Target Earnings: $200,000-$300,000+
Our current Sales Manager earned over $180,000 last year before overrides and bonuses, demonstrating the significant upside available in this position.
