Compensation: $125,000-$300,000+ per year (Commission + Bonuses)What You'll Do
- Run 2 pre-qualified appointments per day (10 per week)
- Conduct in-home consultations and assess customer needs
- Build rapport and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions
- Set clear expectations and guide homeowners through the sales process
- Close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Attend two in-person sales meetings per month
- Support team success and uphold company standards
What We're Looking For- 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (required)
- Bathroom remodeling or home improvement sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Professional appearance with a customer-focused mindset
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using iPads, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Google Drive
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Schedule- Full-time
- Five days per week
- Available to work at least three Saturdays per month
- Appointment times vary based on customer availability
Compensation & Benefits- 100% commission-based position following a two-week paid training program
- $125,000-$300,000+ annual earning potential (top performers exceed $200,000)
