In-Home Design Consultant (Outside Sales)

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $125,000-$300,000+ per year (Commission + Bonuses)What You'll Do
  • Run 2 pre-qualified appointments per day (10 per week)
  • Conduct in-home consultations and assess customer needs
  • Build rapport and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions
  • Set clear expectations and guide homeowners through the sales process
  • Close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Attend two in-person sales meetings per month
  • Support team success and uphold company standards
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (required)
  • Bathroom remodeling or home improvement sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • Professional appearance with a customer-focused mindset
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using iPads, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Google Drive
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Schedule
  • Full-time
  • Five days per week
  • Available to work at least three Saturdays per month
  • Appointment times vary based on customer availability
