DescriptionCompensation:You will have the opportunity to earn
uncapped commissions earning 35% profit on completed roofing projects. Our business allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals. The sales team is paid weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization.

- Execute Advisor onboarding and training programs
- Manage Advisor productivity
- Attend adjuster appointments
- Manage pipeline and job conversion
- Customer issue support
- Train and develop Advisor into Expert role
- Assist with onboarding classes
- Assist Branch Manager with Sales Meetings
- Scope all Advisor's projects
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise- Excellent communication

- 2 years of sales training experience
