Join our Team

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of SAR - Transformation to join our global team and lead a high-impact, multi-year transformation of our Hardware Services (HWS) ERP platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of SAR operations by driving strategic change from concept to execution.

You will play a critical role in translating business needs into measurable outcomes, with a focus on improving the customer experience, operational efficiency, financial performance, and supporting a collaborative and high-performing culture. As a key transformation leader, you will define and implement the strategic roadmap for ERP modernization, while managing ongoing service delivery to ensure continuity and excellence.

What you will do:

Transformation Leadership

- Define and drive the ERP transformation roadmap across BAs and MAs to ensure business outcomes are realized.
- Lead the implementation and integration of a new ERP SaaS platform, replacing the existing legacy system.
- Oversee governance, financial oversight, program planning, and execution of all transformation-related initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, ensuring cohesive execution across service lines, domains, and customer units.

Operational Change

- Lead end-to-end process standardization, alignment, and simplification initiatives.
- Drive ways of working transformation, leveraging AI, automation, and efficiency improvements to optimize operations.
- Enable supply chain transformation to reduce costs and improve capital efficiency.

Organizational Development

- Implement role redesign, organizational changes, and change management programs aligned with the transformation vision.
- Serve as a catalyst for collaboration and cultural shift, breaking down silos between internal and external stakeholders.

Performance & Risk Management

- Define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and transformation KPIs.
- Monitor and manage program risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
- Ensure compliance, transparency, and risk minimization through process control and standardization.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and performance management for ERP and related services.
- Influence and engage internal stakeholders and external partners to secure alignment and commitment.

What You Bring

Expertise & Knowledge

- Deep understanding of HWS reverse logistics and supply chain operations.
- Proven experience with ERP transformations, ideally involving SaaS platforms and enterprise-level integration.
- Strong operational acumen, especially in areas like ICT tools, logistics platforms, and service delivery ecosystems.

Leadership & Transformation Experience

- Demonstrated leadership of complex, multi-year transformation programs with high risk and resource requirements.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into actionable transformation plans.
- Experience leading organizational and operational change, with a track record of delivering tangible business outcomes.

Soft Skills & Attributes

- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions in a complex matrix environment.
