Develops lean management system (based on Toyota Production and High Reliability Organization principles) capability with leaders and team members. Serves as a mentor and resource for less experienced team members.

Candidate QualificationsCandidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
- Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- 5-7 years relevant LEAN experience with complex matrix organization leading through influence is required.
- 2 - 3 years' experience with complex matrix organizations is required.
- Project management experience required.
- Experience utilizing techniques (at least 4 of the following) such as: VSM/VSA, DMAIC, Scientific thinking, operating systems, Training w/in Industry (TWI), 3P, various problem-solving tools, system thinking, Just Culture, High Reliability Organization (HRO), SIPOC and FMEA is preferred.
- Requires basic proficiency in MS Office.
