Full Job Description
A Snapshot of Your Day

You work closely with the Head of GCO Quality Management, the Management System and Improvement Lead, and colleagues across Global Customer Operations. Your day balances coordination and focus time: discussing process topics, supporting teams on quality and improvement initiatives, preparing audits and reports, and exchanging lessons learned. You facilitate workshops, drive awareness for quality and safety, and continuously improve tools and the shared knowledge base. Through regular interaction with diverse, international teams, you strengthen customer value orientation, structured problem solving, and a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Leadership, communication and support for the Integrated Management System with a strong focus on process management
  • Promotion of a positive quality and safety culture in line with applicable regulations and standards
  • Coordination and support of audits, quality reporting and management reviews
  • Execution and facilitation of incident investigations and structured root cause analyses to prevent recurrence
  • Continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System and Quality Improvement System using modern methods such as Lean and systematic problem-solving tools
  • Coaching, training and development of facilitators, root cause analysis team members and improvement leads
What You Bring
  • Academic degree at master's or diploma level in engineering or industrial engineering
  • Several years professional experience in engineering, project management, business excellence or quality management, ideally in the energy sector or a comparable environment
  • Solid knowledge of management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, with auditor certification considered an advantage
  • Strong competence in structured problem-solving methods such as FMEA, Ishikawa and 5-Why
  • Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence for working in global teams
  • High motivation, creativity and assertiveness combined with a structured, solution-oriented working style
  • More years of experience can be considered at a higher level.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
