Job Responsibilities:- Assist in monitoring and analyzing sales performance, market share trends, and competitive activities to support product strategy and category growth.
- Conduct market and consumer research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for product improvements.
- Support the development of reports and presentations for senior management on category performance and strategic recommendations.
- Assist in managing the import product development process, including coordination with cross-functional teams and HQ on pricing, labeling, and packaging localization.
- Support the conversion and localization of SKUs, including reviewing packaging design adaptations based on P&L and market needs.
- Help track project timelines and ensure smooth execution from ideation to commercialization.
- Contribute to category expansion efforts, including research and coordination for new product launches.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for product renewals (quality, design, pricing) under the guidance of senior managers.
- Help maintain SKU rationalization and lifecycle management for existing products.
- Assist in tracking P&L performance for assigned categories and channels.
- Support unit price management and trade promotion (TP) negotiations by providing data analysis and market insights.
- Help monitor budget allocation and execution of marketing activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to execute new product launch strategies, including packaging, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in coordinating with external agencies and internal stakeholders on marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional organizations to ensure smooth execution of product strategies.
- Support ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, SCM, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in product development, brand/product innovation management, and/or supply chain management.
- Strong planning, project management, and analytical skills, encompassing both strategic & tactical skills.
- Knowledge of import process, food regulatory and quality standards preferred, but not required.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
- Bilingual in Korean required.
