This role serves as the primary technical and operational delivery lead for assigned implementation programs and is accountable for execution, risk management, and day-to-day client coordination.
- Lead end-to-end technical implementation for assigned program(s)
- Develop, manage, and maintain implementation plans, timelines and dependencies
- Coordinate implementation activities across internal resources and external vendors
- Serve as the primary escalation point for program-level delivery issues
- Facilitate implementation oversight meetings, governance forums, and working sessions
Qualifications- 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- 5+ years of enterprise integration and implementation delivery
- Bachelor's degree required
