About the role

In this role, you will lead client-facing supply chain planning transformation and software implementation projects from discovery and process design through build, testing, go-live, and hyper-care. You will bring structure to complex projects, guide Bluecrux consultants and client stakeholders, and make sure business requirements become practical, scalable solutions.

Anaplan is an important part of the work, but the role is broader than one platform. You will combine supply chain planning expertise, project leadership, client steering, and enough technical understanding to work effectively with Solution Architects and delivery teams.

What you will do:
  • Oversee Anaplan projects from initial design to implementation.
  • Lead a team of Bluecrux consultants and key client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to redesign planning processes.
  • Develop end-to-end integrated planning concepts.
  • Elevate demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, network planning, and inventory tactics to higher maturity levels for clients.
  • Work with Bluecrux solution architects to define Anaplan requirements.
  • Act as the critical link between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Organize and support the team to ensure the build process progresses in an agile manner.
  • Focus on user experience and engagement to maximize client adoption.
  • Collaborate with clients to plan and oversee user acceptance testing, user training, go-live, and hyper-care of the newly developed solution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful Anaplan model implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for future projects on the client's connected planning roadmap.
  • Assist with pre-sales activities as needed.
  • Play a key role in driving digital transformation for Bluecrux's clients.
  • Help clients achieve better supply chain planning and operational efficiencies.

About you

Educational background
  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, supply chain management, economics, or a related field, with strong knowledge of supply chain planning, including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, and inventory tactics.

Supply chain planning expertise
  • Proven expertise in developing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, network planning, and inventory management. Experience in transforming planning processes and elevating their maturity level.

Technical proficiency
  • Hands-on experience with supply chain planning software such as Anaplan, OMP, SAP IBP, or Kinaxis. Experience in defining technical requirements, designing dashboards, and ensuring data integrity. Certification in Anaplan or similar software is highly desirable.

Project management experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex software implementation projects for clients, preferably in supply chain solutions such as Anaplan, OMP, SAP IBP, or Kinaxis. Experience leading projects from initial design through successful implementation and go-live.

Demonstrated success in leading client projects that involved:
  • Collaborating with cross-functional client teams and stakeholders to develop integrated supply chain planning concepts.
  • Enhancing demand and supply planning capabilities for client organizations, including leading design workshops, mapping processes, and supporting process builds.
  • Implementing advanced supply chain software solutions.
  • Executing user acceptance testing and training programs to ensure smooth transitions.

Analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think in structures and systems and translate client requirements into effective solutions.

Leadership and team management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of consultants and client stakeholders, with a focus on collaboration and achieving project goals. Proven experience in guiding teams through agile project planning and execution.

Client relationship management
  • Experience in maintaining and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for future projects. Skilled in driving customer success and post-implementation support.

Agile methodology
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and practices. Experience in planning and executing agile project plans is a plus.

Communication skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical client stakeholders.

Industry affinity
  • Experience and affinity with industries such as life sciences, food and beverage, manufacturing, service logistics and parts, and project business. Understanding of industry-specific challenges and regulatory environments.

Language proficiency
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
