Full Job Description
Position Summary
Northern Health is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to drive project implementation, change management, and operational excellence as the Implementation Lead, DCDH Redevelopment.

The Implementation Lead, DCDH Redevelopment is responsible for leading the coordination and completion of projects or initiatives within the Dawson Creek expressly assigned by the Health Services Administrator (HSA). The incumbent provides project management, process improvement and change management leadership, expertise, education, facilitation and coaching to team members assigned to priority operational projects related to the Dawson Creek District Hospital Redevelopment Project. The incumbent resolves operational issues for assigned priority projects in adherence with guidelines set by the HSA and serves as a principle point of contact for all members of identified projects, enabling performance improvement and excellence in care and service. The Lead analyzes interdependencies and timing of projects across DCDH and assesses the impact of the projects on other areas within the Health Service Delivery Area (HSDA) and across Northern Health. The Lead assists with planning, implementation and monitoring of project outcomes and works closely with the HSA and DCDH leadership team to address the impact of any change to ensure an effective and efficient implementation.

Starting salary will be approximately from $90,770 to $113,462 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.

Qualfications
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Administration or a related field, plus seven (7) years of progressive experience, including at a strategic leadership level, in a large, complex unionized environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

• Broad knowledge of project design, methodologies, and developing and managing project strategies.

• Working knowledge of human resource policies and practices, related legislation and applicable collective agreements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to present and prepare concise analyses, reports and recommendations and to consult with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of quality improvement principles and resources.
• Ability to demonstrate clear understanding of complex systems and skill in bridging issues amongst stakeholders.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
