Leading New York-based midsize law firm with prestigious client base is seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal to support its growing practice. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree and have extensive experience with H-1B and L-1 visas, along with knowledge of legal terminology, research techniques, and a proactive, accountable approach to case management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end case processing, including intake, issue identification, and development of appropriate case strategies.

  • Review documentation and prepare applications for submission to relevant government agencies in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Draft petitions, applications, and supporting materials outlining eligibility for visa classifications and related benefits.

  • Monitor and track case progress, ensuring timely completion and providing updates to stakeholders as needed.

  • Perform additional tasks as required while maintaining accountability and ownership of assigned work.


Skills / Requirements:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
