The Imaging Service Engineer III supports Moses Cone Healthcare by performing PMs, troubleshooting, and repairs on CT, MRI, X-ray, Cath Lab, Ultrasound, Mammography, and other systems from major OEMs to ensure reliability and strong customer service.
This senior engineer provides leadership and hands-on guidance to Level I and II Imaging Engineers, assisting with complex diagnostics, escalations, and technical training to strengthen team capability and maintain high-quality imaging performance.
