About the Opportunities
Sutter Health9s Diagnostic Imaging programs span a diverse and growing footprint, including:

• Acute care hospitals, ambulatory centers, and specialty programs

• Single-site and multi-site leadership structures

• A wide range of modalities including MRI, CT, X-ray, Mammography, Ultrasound, and more

Our leaders play a critical role in:

• Driving patient access and experience

• Partnering with physicians and clinical leaders

• Leading operational performance and growth initiatives

• Developing and mentoring teams in both union and non-union environments

What We9re Looking For
We9re interested in connecting with leaders who bring:

• Progressive leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager, Director)

• Background in Diagnostic Imaging (modality experience flexible)

• Strength in operations, team development, and change management

• A data-driven mindset with strong execution and follow-through

• Ability to build strong relationships with physicians and stakeholders

Pay Range is $161,616.00 to $258,585.60 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate9s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health9s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
