DescriptionPosition SummaryNGS is seeking a skilled IFS Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience to support our enterprise-wide IFS ERP implementation. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that IFS solutions are aligned with operational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, analyze, and document business requirements to deliver IFS customizations and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and integration mapping documents.
- Configure and test IFS modules across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, and Sales.
- Develop lobbies, custom reports, and dashboards using IFS reporting tools.
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing operational support.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend IFS-driven solutions.
- Coordinate design reviews, development sprints, testing cycles (unit/SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot issues across IFS configuration, custom code, APIs, and middleware, and manage defects through resolution.
- Ensure integrations meet security, audit, data governance, and performance standards, and maintain required technical documentation.
Qualifications and Experience- Minimum 5 years of experience with IFS ERP systems, IFS Cloud (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of multiple IFS modules and business processes.
- Experience with report development, PowerBI and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (preferred).
- IFS certifications or training (a plus).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- The ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines

Physical Requirements & Work Environment This position is primarily office-based in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with cross-functional collaboration.
- Office Environment: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer - Ability to move about the office to access files, equipment, or attend meetings - Manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers) - Sufficient visual acuity to read documents, analyze data on computer screens, and review reports - May occasionally need to bend, reach, or stoop within the work area - Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, binders, small equipment) .
