Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Identity Management Consultant to join our team! In this role you will get to leverage open-source intelligence and technical expertise to research, analyze, and manage social media accounts, adapting to evolving platforms and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize account performance and document findings.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conduct OSINT Research: Gather and analyze publicly available information from various social media platforms to support account creation and management.

  • Account Setup and Maintenance: Set up new social media accounts, configure settings, and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during onboarding or ongoing maintenance.

  • Monitor Platform Changes: Stay updated on social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends, adapting strategies as needed.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze user behavior and engagement data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement.

  • Testing and Documentation: Test new and existing platform features, document findings, and create clear reports for internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with development, infrastructure, design, and product management teams to ensure seamless account management and resolve any cross-functional issues.

  • Issue Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve bugs or issues encountered during account setup or management.

  • Knowledge Sharing: Share newly discovered trends, technologies, and best practices with peers and clients to enhance team and organizational knowledge.

  • Continuous Learning: Proactively seek out new tools, techniques, and information relevant to social media OSINT and account management

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree or intelligence experience in lieu of degree, Master's Degree may be preferred at this level

  • Minimum of 10+ years of related professional experience

  • Experience conducting OSINT research using publicly available online and social media sources.

  • Experience creating, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting social media accounts across multiple platforms.

  • Experience testing platform functionality, documenting results, and preparing clear written reports.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to support operations and resolve issues.

  • Active TS/SCI is required

  • US citizenship is Required

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
