Identity Engineer Onsite
Description: Diversified Systems is searching for an Identity Engineer to support workforce and citizen identity management initiatives. Identity Engineers manage user issues for the 110,000+ workforce accounts and over 8 million citizen accounts. They assist agencies with mission-critical systems and user management issues. Engineers design and develop solutions for joiner/mover/leaver scenarios in both custom software and commercial off-the-shelf solutions. Engineers collaborate with OISP on security initiatives.
These positions will be directly responsible for an average ticket workload of over 100 identity issues per month.
Responsibilities: - Support Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Provide User ID management and support.
- Process bulk ID requests for updates and/or information.
- Support Single Sign On (SSO) configuration and support.
- Support and optimize Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Manage an average ticket workload of over 100 identity issues per month.
- ssist agencies with mission-critical systems and user management issues.
- Handle user issues and support requests related to workforce and citizen accounts.
- Design and develop solutions for joiner/mover/leaver scenarios in both custom software and commercial off-the-shelf solutions.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce support.
- Collaborate with OISP on security initiatives.
- Support mission-critical identity and access management services across workforce and citizen platforms.
Requirements: - 2 years of experience with software administration, development, and/or systems support required.
- 2 years of experience handling user issues/trouble tickets required.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts or a strong desire to learn scripting highly desired.
- n IT background with some programming and/or system administration required.
- Strong desire to learn IAM concepts and assist drive continuous improvement and adoption of capabilities required.
