Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager in Finance/Purchasing to bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, managing projects from initiation to completion. They ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and fulfill technical and business requirements. Project Managers coordinate with third-party vendors, consultants, and IT software partners.

The Project Manager is a critical role in our organization, combining technical knowledge, project management skills, and leadership abilities to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget while meeting both technical and business objectives.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; define project objectives and milestones; allocate resources effectively
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders; provide regular status updates and progress reports
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage project change requests to ensure successful delivery
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure technical feasibility, adherence to best practices, and alignment with system architecture and software development standards
  • Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and product managers; facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, status reports, and performance metrics
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Finance/Purchasing or related field.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets in enterprise environments
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with one or two data and cloud platforms (e.g., Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, Databricks AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong understanding of SAP configuration, master data, and business process flow.
  • SAP Analytics, SAP HANA, SAP AI/Joule experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in technical project management, software development, or IT project delivery.
  • Experience with enterprise system integration and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, mentoring teams, and risk management.
