Job DescriptionInstitutional Client Group - Middle Office Support Team LeadMiddle Office Support is seeking a Team Leader to lead a high-performing team supporting loan onboarding and funding functions for bilateral and direct loans. This role serves as a critical liaison between key partner teams, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution and consistent, high-quality client and business line experience.
The Team Lead is responsible for driving operational excellence by maintaining strong day-to-day performance, identifying opportunities for process simplification, and improving productivity across workflows. This leader fosters a collaborative, enterprise mindset, partnering effectively across functions to remove friction, enhance client delivery, and support business growth.
A core expectation of the role is strong change leadership. The incumbent will guide the team through transformation by cultivating a positive, inclusive, and resilient team culture, while reinforcing adaptability and continuous improvement.
Additionally, the Team Lead builds and sustains high-performing teams through:

Basic Qualifications - Management/supervisory experience
- Eight or more years of banking or other relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Effective coaching and mentoring skills
- Diplomacy and cultural competence
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Location Expectations: This role will require three (3)+ days onsite at one of the listed U.S. Bank hub locations.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
