Full Job Description
Kearney is seeking an ICAM Audit Readiness Senior Consultant to join our team. This position will be responsible for supporting our clients as they modernize ICAM infrastructure and simultaneously ensure compliance with federal IT audit and cyber security standards.

Additional responsibilities include:
• Advise and draft ICAM governance framework implementation related to SOC 1 readiness, integrating Zero Trust principles and RMF process requirements.
• Coordinate policy implementation standards across multiple DoW services, to include complex Access Control and Segregation of Duties design.
• Lead consultative A-123 and SOC 1 readiness assessments, then review of Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) to determine sufficiency to remediate findings.
• Perform independent verification and validation (IV&V) of audit finding remediation and clearly document results for management review.
• Organize, monitor, and follow up on delayed audit finding remediation.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum of 10 years of IT audit, security assessment, IT audit readiness, or related experience.
• Knowledge of NIST 800 series, FISCAM, and ICAM.
• Must have an active Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)
• CISA or CISSP certification.
• Professional communication skills and clear business writing.
• Ability to work 3 days a week onsite at the Pentagon

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience performing SOC 1 assessments
• CPA, CISSP, PMP
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required).
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field
• Masters in Cybersecurity
• Experience with OMB A-123, OIG FISCAM, OIG FISMA
• DoW ATO and RMF experience

Overview

The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
