Responsibilities

Develops, tests, implements, and integrates Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions. Ensures that solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage and/or loss. Troubleshoots and manages the resolution of issues related to identities, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions. Ensures the maintenance, patching, operating, and monitoring of IAM systems. Troubleshoots, supports, and resolves system incidents, problems, and changes, as required. Facilitate the continuous adoption, training, communication, and education of IAM capabilities, functions, and standards. Expertise in aspects of Windows systems access and administration, and an aggressive, detailed approach to problem-solving. Candidates must also demonstrate a strong appreciation for and knowledge of best practices in maintaining a highly secure environment. A strong background in customer service is required. Required to deal with confidential information in a discrete manner.
