Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Directory Service solutions and authentication methods like AD, DNS, LDAP, MFA, Federation, and Certificates.
• Hands-on technical experience in IAM and Privileged Access solutions like CyberArk and Duo.
• Experience with information security concepts including authentication, access control, and protocols like SAML, SSO, and LDAP.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and PowerShell scripting.
• Ability to produce detailed documentation and process flows related to IAM.
• Capability to manage multiple projects with efficiency.
• Self-motivated and proactive work approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, implement, and integrate IAM systems and solutions.
• Ensure solutions protect information resources from unauthorized access and loss.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identities, access, and permissions.
• Maintain, patch, operate, and monitor IAM systems reliably.
• Support and resolve system incidents, problems, and changes as necessary.
• Facilitate training and communication regarding IAM capabilities and standards.
• Employ a detailed approach to problem-solving in a secure environment.
