Job Description:
An Client IAM (Identity & Access Management) Engineer designs, builds, and maintains systems for digital identity, controlling who accesses what resources, focusing on security, compliance (like audit trails), and automation using tools like Active Directory, CyberArk, PingID, PowerShell, and potentially cloud tech (AWS IAM). Key responsibilities include managing access, resolving security incidents via ITSM tools, working in global 24/7 shifts, collaborating with business users, and ensuring robust security within a matrix structure.
Core Responsibilities:
Design & Implementation: Develop and deploy IAM solutions, including identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication/authorization mechanisms.
Platform Management: Maintain core IAM components, often involving Active Directory, CyberArk (for Privileged Access), PingID (for MFA), and related infrastructure like DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server.
Automation: Use scripting (PowerShell) and tools to automate identity lifecycle processes, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
