Full Job Description
The I&E Technician is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting plant electrical systems, power distribution, and instrumentation. The role supports plant safety, reliability, and emergency response on a rotating shift.

You will bring:
  • Associate Degree in Maintenance, Electrical, or Instrumentation Technology OR Minimum 5 years' industrial I/E maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical safety and industry standards (e.g., NFPA 70E)
  • Experience with:
    • Electrical systems & power distribution
    • Variable speed drives & control systems
    • Process instrumentation (temperature, pressure, level, etc.)
    • Familiarity with SAP or other CMMS
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience in chemical or carbon fibers manufacturing a plus

  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $37.13 - $42.44 per hour. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.

Additional information:

This role requires availability for a rotating shift schedule with 12-hour shifts (7-7). Candidates must be able to work both day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the rotation.
