About this opportunityThis opportunity supports a manager responsible for leading a large, fast-paced Data Center Technician organization by taking on the administrative, coordination, and operational support work required to keep the team running smoothly. In this role, you will handle the day-to-day logistics, tracking, scheduling, documentation, and reporting that sit behind workforce and operational execution.
The role is designed to reduce administrative load on the Manager, improve consistency and accuracy across team operations, and ensure critical tasks are completed on time. Success in this position comes from strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a mission-critical environment.
What you will do- Coordinate talent management activities, such as hiring and onboarding.
- Track technician availability, shift assignments, coverage gaps, and planned changes.
- Ensure onboarding tasks (badging, background checks, system access requests, training sessions, site access) are initiated and completed.
- Manage tools lists and purchase/issue tools as required
- Develop and issue regular reports on staffing levels, open roles, onboarding progress, training / certification completion, and attrition using standard templates.
- Support preparation of materials for operational and leadership reviews.
- Schedule and organize team meetings, interviews, training sessions, and operational reviews.
- Act as a central point for administrative questions related to onboarding, schedules, processes, and documentation.
- Document repeatable operational processes and improve consistency and efficiency.
The skills you bring- Experience in an administrative, operations support, or team support role
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing trackers, spreadsheets, and operational systems.
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office software suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel and PowerBI
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-initiation with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Strong English written and verbal communication.
- Professional discretion when handling operational and employee-related information.

Your PayThe salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Your TimeYour work-life balance is important to us. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date.
