Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of 2nd Shift employees in Hydromechanical Assembly & Test Value Stream.
• Drive continuous improvement events focusing on lean manufacturing, safety, and quality.
• Schedule production work and enforce attendance, holding staff accountable for expectations.
• Analyze work orders to create accurate production schedules.
• Interpret specifications and assign duties based on job orders and blueprints.
• Plan material flow and the physical layout of equipment as per work demand.
• Direct adjustments of machines to rectify products that don’t meet standards.
