Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients based on their specific needs
  • Supervise and support behavior technicians and RBTs during client sessions
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Maintain compliance with BACB, state, and payer guidelines
  • Collaborate with clinical committees to enhance treatment methodologies

*This role is open only to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Only candidates meeting these criteria will be considered.*

 

Total Annual Compensation: $90,000-$121,000

  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $103,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $16,000 (paid monthly)
  • Sign on bonus: $5,000
