Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and lead clinical meetings and training sessions for staff.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and services.

Full Job Description

*This role is open only to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Only candidates meeting these criteria will be considered.*

 

Compensation

  • Clinical Supervisor $85k-88k

Monthly Performance Bonus:

  • Earn an extra $500 per month - just for providing your minimum monthly billable services! Monthly performance bonuses go up to $1300 per month, with a total yearly bonus potential of $16k.

Total Annual Compensation: Up to $104,000 per year!
