Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate client progress and modify behavior interventions.
  • Supervise RBTs and provide training on ABA practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote client success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment efficacy.

*This role is open only to certified BCBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Only candidates meeting these criteria will be considered.*

 

Total Annual Compensation: Up to $101,000

  • Base Annual Salary: $80,000-$85,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000-$16,000 (paid monthly)
