Full Job Description
We are looking for a MACS HWS Warehouse Operations Manager II to lead end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations across the Americas, with primary accountability for the US warehouse. Based out of Ericsson's Plano, Texas office, this is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite, with occasional local travel to the US Warehouse in the DFW metroplex. This role carries Americas scope (North and South America) and serves as the single point of contact for all logistics and warehouse topics across internal and external stakeholders. Relocation assistance is not available; candidates should already be located in or able to independently relocate to the Plano, TX area. What you will do • Lead day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations across a multi-site, multi-country Americas network • Manage vendor relationships and contracts with logistics service providers (LSPs) and warehouse partners, including SLA governance and performance management • Oversee billing validation, cost control, cost driver analysis, and cost allocation to customers and cost centers • Ensure trade compliance across logistics flows, including customs documentation, duty/tariff monitoring, and HS code coordination • Define, track, and continuously improve warehouse KPIs and OKRs (receiving, put-away, pick/pack/dock-out, inventory accuracy, lead times) • Partner cross-functionally with HWS operations, finance, sourcing, and customer-facing teams • Build and leverage data reporting tools to drive operational decisions and improvements • Stabilize and improve operations during periods of organizational or footprint transition The skills you bring • 5+ years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations leadership across complex, multi-site environments • Vendor and contract management expertise with LSPs, including tariff structures and SLA governance • Strong financial acumen: billing validation, cost transparency, and cost-to-serve analysis • Hands-on trade compliance experience (customs documentation, duties/tariffs, coordination with compliance and finance teams) • Proven track record managing and improving warehouse KPIs/OKRs and logistics SLAs • Experience in hardware services, repair, or reverse logistics • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems and logistics reporting dashboards • Background in Lean or continuous improvement methodologies • Experience in large, matrixed global organizations (telecom or related industries) • Multi-country customs and trade experience across North and South America DISCLAIMER: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees in this position. Your Pay The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions of 4%. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan. Your Time Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
