Responsibilities- Deliver HVAC technical training courses for contractors, technicians, and company employees.
- Conduct classroom presentations, hands-on training sessions, and technical demonstrations.
- Assist in delivering manufacturer product training and certification courses.
- Facilitate training sessions both in person and through online training platforms when required.
- Maintain a professional and engaging training environment that encourages participation and learning.
- Assist the Training Manager in developing HVAC technical training curriculum.
- Create and maintain training materials including PowerPoint presentations, lab exercises, technical guides, and demonstration materials.
- Help update training programs to reflect new products, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Participate in curriculum development meetings and planning sessions.
- Assist with installation and maintenance of training equipment used in live fire training labs.
Qualifications- New Jersey Master HVAC license preferred
- Minimum of five years' experience in HVAC installation, service, or technical support.
- Strong understanding of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to technicians and contractors.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Experience creating training materials such as PowerPoint presentations preferred.
- Experience delivering technical instruction or leading group training sessions preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint.
- EPA Universal certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
